Shipping Location: We currently ship within Canada only.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders must be placed by 10:00 P.M. to be processed on the same day.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is 4-7 days. Please note that delivery times may vary and could be longer due to uncontrollable circumstances beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery.

Shipping Cost: A flat shipping rate of $9.97 applies to all orders.

Order Changes: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you wish to return a product, you must initiate the returns process upon receiving the item.

Items Not Received: If you have not received your order after it has been confirmed and the tracking status shows it as delivered, please contact the carrier for assistance. Once the item is shipped by the carrier, we do not have control over it. However, if issues persist, please email us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

Damages: We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
